I. Genesis & The Great Fork
Betswarm was forged in the fires of betrayal. In December 2025, the original developers of Betswirl.com abandoned their community, ceasing all dividend payments and effectively scamming the loyal holders who built the platform.
Rather than letting the vision die, the Syndicate — the community of traders and developers — took control. We launched Betswarm as a pure fork of the original vision, stripped of corporate greed and centralized vulnerabilities.
II. Decentralized Sovereignty
No Corporate Veil
Betswarm is not a company. It has no CEO, no physical headquarters, and no shareholders. This website and the underlying protocol are managed 100% by the Betswarm DAO via on-chain consensus.
Zero KYC / Geo-Fencing
As a purely visual interface for immutable smart contracts, we do not perform surveillance. The blockchain does not discriminate by borders, and neither does this frontend.
III. The $BETS Token Disclaimer
The Betswarm DAO is NOT responsible for the issuance, management, or value of the original $BETS token.
All contractual responsibilities and liquidity management associated with the $BETS token remain the sole liability of the original Betswirl team. While Betswarm does not control the tokenomics of the legacy assets, the Betswarm DAO is committed to taking care of the ex-Betswirl holders. The DAO will allocate a portion of the protocol's revenue share specifically for the community to honor their support. We function via revenue sharing, maintaining distinct legal and operational separation from the original issuers' dividend promises.
IV. The Expanding Hive
While we focus on the sportsbook today, the DAO is already preparing for the next phase. Our mission is to integrate a full suite of trustless gaming:
